Before children arrive, lay out name tags with attached name bracelets.

When a child arrives they get a name tag clipped to their back and the parent gets the corresponding name bracelet.

If the family is new, ask the parent to fill out the Parent Clipboard with contact info and any info they want us to know about their child.

At the end of the morning the parent needs to bring back the name bracelet which is then reattached to the name tag and placed back in the white drawer.
